Log into your Dover Publications account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the printed RMA slip is included inside the box.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
